Training and development

We offer vocational training across our sites. For example, our Ashford site introduced a new functional skills training programme to help colleagues improve Maths, English and ICT skills while working towards a Level 2 City & Guilds qualification.

We offer bespoke management training, aligned to feedback from our annual 360 management surveys, to ensure our managers are developing in line with the requirements of the role, the business and their team.
