Cooking demonstrations for colleagues

This week we kicked off the first of our series of product tasting sessions organised by our Foodservice and Communications team.

Led by Executive Chef Mark Rigby, the team are cooking up a range of dishes for Stoke colleagues that showcase our retail and Foodservice products including: Paxo Gluten Free stuffing, Saxa flavoured salt with lemon, McDougalls American Pancake mix, Angel Delight pots and Ambrosia Deluxe in trifle shots.

Ken Barrett, Head of Human Resources - Stoke said: “It’s great for our colleagues to get the opportunity to sample some of the new products and try some of the brands that we produce across the business. Mark and the team are cooking up some delicious meals for colleagues and they're going down very well.” 

Next up on the tasting tour is our PBS site in Manchester before Carlton and Moreton take part in January and the rest of our sites throughout the year.
