New Reduced Sugar Mr Kipling Angel Slices

With consumer demand for healthier foods on the rise, we’ve made category history with the launch of the UK’s first ever ‘better-for-you' version of an established cake range. Our brand new Mr Kipling Reduced Sugar Angel Slices contain 30% less sugar that our original Mr Kipling Angel Slices (6.1g per 24g slice vs 13.1g per 33g slice) and only 100 calories per slice, which is in line with Public Health England's recommended calorie cap for snacks.

Mr Kipling Cakes and Pies move out of black plastic...

In our drive to achieve 100% recyclability across our plastic packaging by 2025, we’re making important progress by removing black plastic from all our Mr Kipling cakes and pies, including national favourites Viennese Whirls and Apple Pies.

As a founder member of the UK Plastics Pact, we share the Pacts’ vision of a circular plastics economy, where plastics are valued and kept in the economy, but out of the environment. It’s why we’ve set ourselves ambitious long-term goals that support our commitment to the Pact, including a goal for 100% of our plastic packaging to be recyclable, reusable or compostable by 2025.

​Our Cadbury Cake team are helping consumers celebrate the start of the Premier League season with on-pack promotions across our iconic Mini Roll and Cadbury Cake Bar ranges. 
 
The promotion, which is currently live and will close on 15 October, gives consumers the chance to win fantastic prizes, including Premier League tickets. Each week during the promotion, we will have 100 prizes available to be won by consumers, including 10 Premier League tickets, as well as some Cadbury merchandise.
