Our long-running graduate scheme

We provide experience in five distinct areas during the two-year programme – Commercial (sales and marketing), Finance, Procurement, Operations and IT. Since 2015 we have trained 132 graduates.

Toby says: “I joined Premier Foods on the commercial graduate scheme in 2023 and in my first three months I worked as a territory manager with our field sales and marketing agency. The experience gave me a good understanding of Premier Foods’ operations from a shopper and retail-facing perspective and developed my passion for our portfolio of brands.

Since then, I’ve been inducted into the category management team. The level of ownership and tangibility to the project keeps me motivated and excited to learn more daily. This position allows me to learn from different pockets of the business and I have found that in this collaboration, some of my biggest learnings and enjoyable times have come.”
